In early 2026, the smartphone industry reached a major milestone with the official teaser for the upcoming Realme P4 Power, also known as the Realme P-series 10,000mAh. This device represents a significant change in mobile design, featuring a five-digit battery capacity in a consumer smartphone. The 10000mAh Powerhouse:

Key Specifications :

The Realme P4 Power targets heavy users, gamers, and travelers who need multi-day battery life without the bulk usually found in rugged phones. Battery & Endurance: The standout feature is the 10000mAh silicon-anode battery. Realme claims the device can offer up to 31 days of standby time. Even when the battery drops to a critical 3%, the phone can reportedly provide nearly two hours of basic use.

Design & Portability:

Despite the large battery, Realme has used “Mini Diamond Architecture” and a slim mainboard (23.4mm) to keep the phone at a manageable thickness of 8.5mm and a weight of about 218 grams. Charging Capabilities: To accommodate the large capacity, the phone supports bypass charging, which allows it to run directly on power during gaming without cycling the battery. It also features 27W reverse charging, enabling the phone to act as a power bank for other devices at 10000mAh.

Display:

The device has a 6.8-inch quad-curved AMOLED screen with a 144Hz refresh rate and a 1.5K resolution, catering to high visual demands while maintaining impressive battery life.

Hardware & Performance:

Expected features include up to 12GB of physical RAM, expandable with 14GB of virtual RAM, and 256GB of internal storage. It is expected to be powered by a mid-range chipset like the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultra. The “Silicon-Anode” Revolution The P4 Power’s slim design comes from a transition away from traditional lithium-ion to silicon-carbon technology with 10000mAh

Energy Density: With a 10% silicon ratio, the battery achieves an energy density of 887Wh/L, allowing it to store more power in a smaller space

10000mAhLongevity:

Realme has guaranteed 80% battery health for four years, with the cell rated for about 1,650 charging cycles, which is significantly higher than the industry average. Market Positioning and Launch Realme’s Head of Product Marketing, Francis Wong, teased the phone by sharing its battery stats after 30 days of use, promising not to charge it until the official launch day. The device, identified by the model number RMX5107 with 10000mAh, received its Bureau of Indian Standards certification in late December 2025 and is set for an official debut in India by the end of January 2026.

Realme might be gearing up to stretch battery limits even more in India. A fresh Realme smartphone, thought to belong to the mid-range P series, has showed up on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) website, pointing to an imminent launch in the country. However, what’s interesting is the rumour of a 10000mAh battery, which could make it the biggest on a mainstream phone sold in India in recent times, and the biggest for Realme.

Tipster Yogesh Brar revealed this unannounced Realme phone, with model number RMX5107, has gotten the BIS certification, which usually means launch time is near. He added a more specific timeline — late January — even though Realme hasn’t put out any official word yet. If that turns out to be true, it’ll be just weeks after the Realme P4x 5G hit the market  phones, and this new device could leave it behind by a December.

The tipster highlights a 10000mAh battery for the phone, marking a real step up from the new normal. For perspective, battery capacities of phones nowadays hover around 6,000mAh to 7,000mAh these days. Higher than that is still rare, save for rugged phones solely designed for endurance. Right now, the POCO F7 has one of the biggest cells at 7,550mAh on m

To gain perspective about the other specs and the price point, the Realme P4x 5G came out to India starting at Rs 15,499. It packs a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultra

chipset and has a 50MP main camera paired with a secondary 2MP sensor. With a 10000mAh battery, this new one would clearly outlast the P4x, even if the rest of the specs match.

The 10000mAh battery would attract those buyers who put endurance first, like heavy travellers, gamers, or anyone wanting days of use without hunting for a charger. On the flip side, it could mean trade-offs like extra weight, longer charge times, or tweaks to the design.

However, it’s best to remain guarded until Realme comes in with the confirmation. But if the phone launches with competitive pricing, it could reset the bar for battery-heavy smartphones in India and change the definition of long battery life in mainstream phones.
